I posted 2 new video clips above
of Craig working out at the school (9 & 10). Clip 9 is running stairs, and clip 10 is some sprints on the field. In addition
to working out with the football team every other day, and therapy twice a week, Craig is continuing to work out on his own.
His routine consists of:
15 stairs (up and down = 1 rep) 1 lap around the track (current time 2:07) 40-60
throws (current long = 23 yards) Other ball handling drills Sprints (current 100 yd best = 26 sec) |
